Hacienda Leon Mexican Kitchen Bar

If you are driving through this town, you should definitely try this place. I had the California Burrito and it was amazing! The service was excellent! Will be stopping here every chance I can if I’m driving through.

Beautiful! The food was delicious! I am always terrified trying new Mexican food and this place knocked it out of the park! The taco salad was probably the best one I've had! And that queso, YUM!!

Lunch time visit, super busy with parking in the back. Sat at bar, service was excellent. Posting a pic, but I already ate the taco! Lunch taco and enchilada plate( I ate the taco and it was full of meat and HOT) and the trio platter, Queso Loco and a few adult beverages. Will Def be back !

We went on a Friday night for dinner and had to wait about five minutes for the host to show up, but we were sat right away. The tables all have ample space between you and the next table so it felt spacious. Plenty of tables and the restaurant was busy but didnt feel squished. They don't take reservations on the weekend. The salsa is very yummy and spicy and will get you in trouble of eating too many of them before your meal comes out. They do have a good amount of variety on their menu. Our table tried the crispy tacos, beef birria plate, sour cream enchiladas and mini tacos. We all would get our plates again. The portion sizes are pretty large, plenty to get you full and possibly take some to go depending on what you ordered. Service was good. Would def eat here again when in town and try some fajitas next time, cause when we were walking back to the car we could smell them being cooked and it was delicious smelling.

That was an excellent experience! We are from out of town and went to have dinner at hacienda Leon. Our server was Adolfo and he was absolutely amazing. Anticipated our every need. We had white queso, chimchangas and the birria plate and every thing was delicious! Drinks remained filled and my husband said "it was the best dining experience I have ever had! "

We ate here for the first time tonight and it won’t be the last! We were very much impressed. Our server was attentive and the food was delicious. Portions were also very generous and the food was reasonably priced. This will definitely be our new go to spot for Mexican food!

When visiting the Early/Brownwood area, this has become our “go to” for Mexican food. The Paloma hit the spot and was a great pairing with the nachos. They are very friendly and attentive, making sure we were provided with excellent customer service throughout our entire dining experience. Looking forward to our next visit!
